"Fødselsdagsløber" (Birthday Table Runner) – short table runner – Pelse Asboe (PA) is a decorative embroidery designed for the birthday table. Along the edge of the runner appears a row of small silhouettes of people, animals and various objects. Many of the figures hold small Danish flags, giving the motif a clear reference to Danish birthday traditions.
