A cushion project with great tits and green vines

"Musvit" (Great Tit) – cushion – Christiane Hæk (CH) is a decorative cross-stitch embroidery with great tit birds as the recurring motif. The cushion shows several small birds placed among green tendrils, leaves and flowers. The motif repeats across the entire surface and creates a calm, rhythmic pattern.

The great tits are stitched with their characteristic yellow breast, dark head, pale cheek and green wings. They sit and fly among the vertical plants, giving the whole cushion a lively expression. Some birds are clearly shown in full figure, while others are partly placed at the edges, continuing the movement of the pattern.

The vines stand as vertical plant stems with leaves in several green shades. Between the leaves are small white flowers and delicate pink details.
