"Urtepotter" (Flowerpots) – green – cushion – Gerda Bengtsson (GB) is a decorative embroidery featuring a collection of small potted plants arranged in a regular grid. The motif consists of sixteen different plants, each placed within its own square.
The plants vary in shape and growth. Some have long, curved leaves, while others show small flowers or hanging branches. This variation creates a lively composition in which each plant appears as a small botanical study.
The embroidery is worked in green tones on a light background, giving the motif a calm and harmonious appearance. The fine grid lines organise the composition and highlight each individual plant.
